Propelled by Randall Reilly is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Diesel Technician to join the team of a well-established partner in Aurora, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have OEM experience, particularly with Volvo and Isuzu vehicles, as well as significant expertise in Cummins engines. As a Cummins-certified dealer, our client requires individuals who possess certifications in Volvo, Isuzu, and Cummins systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair complex issues in Volvo, Isuzu, and Cummins vehicles.
• Utilize software such as Cummins, Insight, and Volvo Assist to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
• Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing check engine lights and other warning indicators.
• Perform scheduled maintenance tasks according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in diesel engine repair.
• OEM certifications in Volvo, Isuzu, and Cummins systems.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic software, including Cummins, Insight, and Volvo Assist.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
