By delivering scalable and flexible programmatic innovation, we improve outcomes for our customers while championing a vibrant and transparent digital advertising supply chain.Position DescriptionWe are immediately hiring an experienced Account Executive, Advertiser Solutions for CTV to join our team in New York on a hybrid schedule.This new role on our sales team will lead both new advertiser relationships, as well current partners, to fulfill their business needs and optimize potential for our publishers. The successful candidate will have a proven history of sales success with CTV/OTT, exceeding revenue targets through active selling, account management, program implementation and managing terms and expectations for clients. This role requires strong communication skills with stakeholders across both PubMatic and our clients, from associate to senior leadership. Internally, the role requires close collaboration with groups including Technical Operations, Publisher Sales, Publisher Account Management, local and global Ad Solutions team members and the global Product Management teams.Responsibilities:Drive sales of CTV/OTT inventory across all major agencies and advertisers, working in partnership with the generalist sales teamGrow platform spend to meet and exceed goals while continuously prospecting new businessIdentify the right decision makers within in-house teams to pitch the value and drive activation of CTV/OTT businessConduct quarterly business reviews and ongoing direct client management and entertainmentWork with ad partners proactively to provide media packaging of publisher opportunities resulting in higher publisher revenueCreate activation paths for direct clients to access media, such as auction packagesDevelop a strong understanding of PubMatic’s technology and media solutions from an intellectual and applied perspective; communicate the value proposition to drive business growthDevelop strong cross-functional working relationships with internal partnersAttend mobile-specific industry events and conferences to network and grow your industry knowledgeBe an integral part of a fast paced, hardworking, fun loving, global teamRequirements:3+ years of direct sales experience for CTV/OTT with agencies and advertisersExperience with programmatic advertising, including pricing models, optimization tactics, audience trends and buying technologiesProficiency in Excel with a proven ability to convey data and analysis to drive businessStrong presentation (Including PowerPoint) and negotiation skillsFlexible, start-up mindset with proven success in fast-paced environmentsWhat will make you stand out?Demonstrated success with packaging & selling CTV/OTT inventory to buyersExisting relationships with agencies and advertisersFamiliar with the buyers’ organization structure, with a particular focus on how to impact activation decisions for CTV/OTTSelf-starter – comfortable engaging directly with clients to get things doneTeam player - enjoys the collaborative work of problem solving for customersCompensation And Benefits:Base + Bonus Compensation Range: $155,000 - $185,000In accordance with applicable law, the above range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the cash compensation for this role.
