Position Title: Production
Wage: $17.50/hour
Shift: 1st
Hours: 7:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Production Responsibilities:
- Operating production equipment, inspecting products and ensuring quality standards are met
- Packaging and palletizing finished goods
- Loading raw materials into hopper
- Performing product rework as needed
- Completing all required production and quality documentation
- Assisting with line clearances and product changeovers as needed
- Training and supporting other team members on production tasks
Requirements for Production:
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to walk/stand for 8-12 hours in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to regularly lift 40 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Basic math skills
