Position Title: Quality Assurance Technician Floater
Wage: $18.25 - $19.75/hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd or 3rd (Able to Work Float Across All 3 Shifts)
Hours: 6:25am - 2:25pm, 2:25pm - 10:25pm or 10:25pm - 6:25am

Quality Assurance Technician Floater Responsibilities:
- Monitor production quality for all processes and packaging by conducting hourly line audits
- Perform moisture analysis using moisture analyzers
- Perform invert test, pH and Brix testing
- Demonstrate commitment to food safety and continuous improvement
- Monitor product drying process and release product for production use
- Test incoming raw ingredients and release for production use
Requirements for Quality Assurance Technician Floater:
- Able to stand for duration of shift
- Able to occasionally walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, talk or hear, and taste or smell
- Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision and ability to focus
- Tolerant to cornstarch dust that is in the air and on the surfaces
- Able to regularly lift and/move up to 30lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50lbs
