PERSONNEL RECOVERY SME WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Personnel Recovery Subject Matter Expert - Nellis AFB, NV R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. Exercise GREEN FLAG provides a training venue for joint United States and coalition aircrew, air liaison officers, joint terminal attack controllers (JTACS), battle management personnel and weapons system operators in the planning and execution of joint air ground operations in counter-land operations. R&K provides subject matter expertise (SME) necessary to support GREEN FLAG tactical exercises. Title : Personnel Recovery Subject Matter Expert Location : Nellis AFB, NV Duration: Permanent/Full-Time Clearance: Secret Clearance Start Date: Projected 18 November 2024 Duties: The successful candidate shall: * Draft Personnel Recovery (PR) training objectives, long-range and short- range planning for PR events including coordination with Rescue Squadrons and other participants. * Coordinate with Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape Specialist (SERE) support for PR events. * Interface and coordinate with US Army planners with respect to PR events during the exercise. * Conduct scenario control and role playing for PR events, to include providing inputs to the exercise to simulate Joint Personnel Recovery Cell participation, debrief participants, and write applicable After-Action Reports as they pertain to PR events. * Monitor live Close Air Support (CAS) missions and enter basic mission and weapon employment data into a mission monitoring database. * Perform other duties as listed in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Requirements, Relevant Knowledge and/or Skills Required: * PR experience with a USAF Rescue squadron * Ability to multi-task, and work within a team construct * Capability to work independently and with the demonstrated knowledge, skills, and expertise in the PR discipline necessary to perform all required tasks * Secret Clearance Required Preferred Qualifications: * Air Support Operations Center (ASOC) experience highly desired * Air Liaison Officer (ALO) and CAS experience * Air Operations in Maritime Warfare (AOMSW) or JTAC experience * Familiar with CAS Operations * Completed USAF Joint Firepower Course * Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. is an equal opportunity affirmative action employer committed to cultural diversity and compliance.
