SPACE PROGRAM DIRECTOR WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is seeking candidates for a Space Program Director to manage critical space development programs as well as developing and executing business development/growth strategies for Radiance's space efforts across the Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), and commercial space markets. This position requires a highly seasoned/experienced and proactive Space professional with program management and business development experience. This position will include providing oversight and management of Radiance's major/high priority Space programs and contract execution, including the Resilient GPS (R-GPS) program, helping lead multidisciplinary teams to ensure that all contractual technical requirements are met and delivered within budgetary and schedule constraints. Required Experience: * 20+ years of experience as a program manager/director supporting the DoD, IC, and/or commercial Space markets. * Experience managing multi-million-dollar Space programs. * Experience managing Firm Fixed Price contracts. * Experience developing business development and growth strategies within the DoD, IC, and/or commercial space markets. * Experience directing, managing, and executing capture and proposal activities for medium to large space development programs. * Strong written and oral communication skills with experience communicating with executive leadership. Required Skills: * Active Secret Clearance. * Master's degree in business, management, business administration, or relevant technical field (with program management training and experience). * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. * Self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills. Desired Qualifications: * Experience with Government or commercial spaceflight programs. * Experience with space qualification requirements and processes for Space systems, with an emphasis on Space vehicles and payloads. * Experience managing/mentoring and growing personnel. * Experience developing and maintaining programs schedules in Microsoft Project. * Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). * Active TS/SCI Clearance EOE/Minorities/Females/Vet/Disabled
