Location: Hybrid. Based in Boston, with regular travel required throughout your assigned territory.

 

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

 

Working Hours / Shifts:
40 hours per week. Monday to Friday from 08.30 am to 5.00 pm

 


What does the Senior Clinical Toxicology Sales Executive role involve?

 

The Senior Clinical Toxicology Sales Executive is a strategic, high-impact commercial leader responsible for driving the adoption of Randox toxicology solutions across major U.S. clinical markets. This role leverages an established network of decision-makers in reference, hospital, and academic laboratories to secure early adopters, influence multi-site placements, and establish Randox credibility ahead of FDA clearance. This key role will serve as the primary driver of strategic accounts, supporting both pre-launch evaluations and post-launch commercial execution, while mentoring and guiding junior sales staff.

 

  • Own territory and strategic account development nationally within assigned major markets.
  • Leverage an existing network of clinical toxicology contacts to generate immediate pipeline and early adoption opportunities.
  • Lead FDA-related launch activities, including reference site identification.
  • Drive placement and utilization of the Randox Evidence MultiStat analyzer and consumables, positioning both clinical and economic value.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with laboratory directors, toxicologists, clinical operations leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Provide accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and market intelligence via the Randox CRM system.
  • Represent Randox at scientific conferences, meetings, and industry events to establish thought leadership.
  • Mentor junior sales colleagues and share best practices for territory and customer engagement.

Comfortable influencing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders



Essential criteria:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a Biomedical, Clinical, or Business-related discipline.
  • Valid and clean U.S. driving license with access to a vehicle. Legal right to work in the United States. 
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage a territory independently and travel regularly

 

Desirable:
 

  • Experience scaling FDA-cleared diagnostic products in the U.S.
  • Familiarity with instrument and consumable sales models
  • Knowledge of toxicology workflows, reimbursement, and compliance requirements
  • Multi-state or national territory experience
