Our team owns software that matches Partner agents with customer requests, a custom CRM for agents with a mobile app, and a wide variety of tools for our program management staff including agent texting systems and a task management queue. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operational business needs.
