Regents Point, a HumanGood life plan community (CCRC) in Irvine, CA, is seeking a full-time Nutrition Services Manager, RD. Shift: Full-Time Monday-Friday (Typical start time is between 8:30am and 9:00am, with occasional need to start earlier or later based on operational needs. Occasional weekends as required)
Salary Range: $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience
The Nutrition Services Manager, RD promotes health and wellness in an effort to prevent disease. The Nutrition Services Manager, RD supports dining activities and departmental functions to assure that the delivery of nutritional care effectively and efficiently meets the needs of residents. As a representative and team member of the company, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll work at the heart of our interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health, independence, and joy. From developing care plans to partnering with the Executive Chef and nursing team, you’ll be the trusted voice on all things nutrition, making sure residents’ needs, preferences, and dignity come first.

Provide medical nutrition therapy, including assessment, care planning, diet modification, and education for residents and families

Identify and manage residents at nutritional risk, including IDDSI compliance and tube feeding oversight

Complete MDS Section K and ensure accurate, timely documentation in PCC

Lead and support QAPI initiatives; track, trend, and report outcomes

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting regulatory agencies

Collaborate with Dining, Culinary, SLP, Nursing, and Activities teams to deliver resident-centered care

Manage diet changes, traycard updates, and menu distribution

Oversee food safety, nourishment areas, emergency supplies, supplements, and HACCP documentation

Conduct audits to maintain survey readiness and quality standards

Hire, train, and develop nutrition team members
To be successful in the role, you would have:
- Credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) - Required
- Licensed by the State Dietetics Licensing Board in states where applicable- required
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics, successful completion of Dietetic Internship or equivalent.
- Must have 3 years of clinical experience in senior living
- Servsafe Management Certification
- Supervisory Experience preferred
