  • This position performs respiratory therapy procedures per protocol and those ordered by physicians to improve the cardiopulmonary conditions of patients from newborn to geriatric ages.
  • Respiratory Therapist's primarily work with patients in the adult critical care units, adult general care, and pediatric general care.
  • This position is expected to integrate the respiratory care of the patient with other care providers to achieve desired results.
    Job Requirements
  • 2 years of RT experience required
  • This position does provide direct patient care.
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: Varied 3x12's (to be discussed during interview)
  • Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
  • Call Requirements: none
  • May be required to work major holidays and pick up one additional shift during schedule period.
  • Renown has the right to call off, without penalty, 48 hours, for low census per 13-week contract.
  • This may be full or partial shifts.
  • Schedule varies based upon department needs.
  • Schedule can include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts.
    Additional Details
  • Travelers may be required to float to the needs of the organization up to their competency level.
  • Extremely busy and fast paced environment serving a 500-mile radius.
  • Level 2 trauma center, Stroke accreditation, 800 inpatient bed hospital, 80 ER beds.
  • The volume and pace required to work here are that of level 1 trauma center.
