Power Tool AssemblerPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Power Tool Assembler. This role requires strong hand dexterity, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and the discipline to meet hourly production targets. The work is repetitive and requires standing for the full duration of the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble power tools according to established specifications and quality standards• Maintain accuracy and consistency in a high-volume production line• Meet or exceed hourly production goals• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area• Perform repetitive tasks with precision and focus Requirements• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods• Ability to stand for 8 hours• Dependable attendance and punctuality Shift & Schedule• Monday–Friday• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Compensation• Base pay $16 with the opportunity to earn $18 per hour with perfect attendance
