Position description:American Guardian Warranty Services, Inc. (AGWS), an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is seeking an Account Executive for Auto Sales to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with Auto dealers and Agents in your assigned territory, increasing territory sales and profitability, and supporting the company’s marketing partners.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Meet prospecting, account development and production goals
-Support and develop sales strategies for our products and services
-Prospect new contacts to establish new relationships and generate business
-Execute marketing, prospecting and sales strategies in coordination with management
-Participate in profitability reviews, study and meetings for marketing partners, agencies, dealerships, marketers and other relationships
-Attend and actively participate in dealership kickoffs, training, service and other meetings to facilitate profitable growth and productivity
-Assist in the design of new products as requested
-Assist with sales and product training at Auto dealers and agencies
-Organize and coordinate sales meetings
-Manage sales budgets and profitability analysis
-Participate in company trade show events as requiredTraining:On the job training. Your compensation will be a base pay of $100,000. Total targeted income with commission is expected to be $150,000-180,000Requirements:
5+ years of experience selling to dealerships required

College Degree required

Previous experience with finance & insurance, loan processing and warranty administration required

CDK, Dealertrack, Reynolds & Reynolds, or Autosoft experience is a plus

Ability to travel 60-70% across the US

Excellent presentation and relationship building skills

Strong mathematical, analytical, technical, and operation skills

Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
