Data Analyst and Analytics
Location: Mark Center, Alexandria and Pentagon
Work Schedule: Hybrid, 2 days/week on site
Clearance: Top Secret
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in developing analytics supporting Cyber workforce statutory and policy reporting that integrates with existing reporting requirements.
Support ongoing studies and analysis of cyber compensation trends in the private and public sectors at the
occupational and work role levels, drawing on expertise in the use of commercial labor market surveys and Departmental
workforce data to assess the potential effects of those trends on Departmental workforce recruitment and retention in key
cyber mission areas.
Support analytic capabilities for tracking Cyber personnel and positions.
Identify and provide recommendations to improve existing compensation programs; the DoD Target Local
Market Supplement; and Supplemental Policy Oversight & Management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments.
Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
