This is a great opportunity to join an organization that is known for its amazing company culture!Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage the company's compensation strategy to ensure alignment with the company’s business goals and competitive practices.Oversee the development and management of salary structures, incentive plans, equity plans, benefits packages, and other reward programs.Ensure that compensation packages adhere to current regulations and are aligned with the latest market data.Conduct compensation benchmarking and analysis to understand current industry trends, adopting best practices as needed to maintain a competitive edge.Regularly collaborate with HR and other leaders to update job descriptions, classifications and salary scales.Manage the compensation budget effectively, ensuring financial sustainability.Lead the administration of annual compensation processes such as merit increases and annual incentives.Guide managers in making informed compensation decisions and educate them on the compensation philosophy and practices of the company.Handle any employee or manager inquiries on compensation issues.Prepare relevant reports for top management on the effectiveness and competitiveness of compensation programs.RequirementsQualifications:Minimum 8+ years' experience in compensation in the technology industry is preferredExcellent understanding of technology industry compensation trends.Detailed knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations as they apply to compensation.Strong business and people skills, ability to engage with leaders at all levels in the company.Proficient with HRIS and compensation benchmark tools.Excellent numerical skills and the ability to analyze complex data.Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification would be an advantage.Job typePerm
