DescriptionWe are offering an opportunity for a Solutions Architect Manager to join our team in CHICAGO, Illinois. In this role, you will provide guidance to a team of Solution Architects, interface with Product Owners, and contribute to technology targets. You will also be expected to stay abreast of current and emerging technologies and lead critical design discussions. Responsibilities:• Oversee and manage a team of Solution Architects, fostering a collaborative environment• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction on Solutions Architecture• Work closely with Enterprise Architects to evaluate solutions and recommend improvements• Act as a liaison with Product Owners, assisting in the gathering of product and process requirements• Translate technology delivery targets into achievable goals for the team• Collaborate with project managers, analysts, and development teams to ensure timely delivery of projects• Conduct research on optimal ways to leverage current and emerging technologies• Review solution and technical architectures to ensure alignment with existing architecture principles, standards, and patterns• Identify areas of improvement for architecture artifacts and existing or future solution designs• Develop and maintain common business domain knowledge (business, technology & data in common).• Guide and assist direct reports in preparing for Architecture governance process requirements, artifacts, technical debt tracking, and risk mitigation.
