DescriptionWe are inviting applications for an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Roseland, New Jersey. In this role, you will be primarily dealing with commercial litigation and class action lawsuits, right from their initiation to resolution. You will be working in a dynamic environment, where you'll be expected to handle both individual and collective representation, exhibit strong advocacy for your clients, and collaborate effectively with other legal teams.Responsibilities:• Initiate, manage, and resolve class action lawsuits and investigations.• Develop persuasive case strategies and theories.• Conduct legal research in a thorough and timely manner, and prepare comprehensive legal documents.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring they are represented professionally.• Collaborate with other legal teams to ensure comprehensive resolution of legal matters.• Represent cases confidently and effectively in court, arbitration hearings, and administrative bodies.• Utilize your skills in Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Class Action to address complex legal issues.• Maintain a high level of professional composure in high-stress scenarios.• Manage a diverse caseload independently, while also working co-operatively within a team.Requirements• Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school• Active member of the State Bar in good standing• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role• Specialized in Civil Litigation, Commercial Litigation, and Class Action• Proficient in legal research and writing • Strong negotiation and communication skills• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail• High level of professional ethics and integrity• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Proficient in the use of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.Job typePerm
