What You’ll Do

• Deliver seamless chairside assistance for restorative and cosmetic procedures
• Set up/break down operatories, sterilize instruments (CDC/OSHA compliant), maintain inventory
• Capture digital radiographs; chart accurately
• Educate patients on treatment, post-op care, and preventive oral hygiene
• Greet patients warmly, maintain HIPAA compliance, and support front office as needed
• Champion infection control, safety protocols, and continuous quality improvement

What We’re Looking For (RDA Only)

• Current California RDA license required
• Valid Radiology/X-ray certification & current CPR/BLS
• Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, energized by a fast-paced, team-driven environment
• Stellar communication skills and a passion for exceptional patient care
• Bonus: Bilingual/Spanish; experience with Dentrix (not required)
