HERE'S THE JOB DESCRIPTION: Position Title: Senior Contract Specialist

Location: Huntsville, AL - Redstone Arsenal Position Details: * Candidate will work as a contract support analyst to a US Army government project office. * This position will involve assisting in the development and coordination of Contracts Requirements Packages (CRP), assisting senior management with contracting strategy development and working with the customer through numerous contracting activities in parallel in a dynamic environment. Qualifications: * Must be a US citizen, and must be a resident near Huntsville, AL, or be willing to relocate. * A bachelors degree in business administration or management or financial field is required. * A minimum of 10 years of applicable contracting-type experiences through DoD programs are required. * Previous experience with major weapon system acquisition is preferred. * Independent thinker and self starter is important, with solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task and support varied assignments. * Good communication skills are important, with a positive and friendly demeanor Security Requirements: * Must have a secret security clearance #cj
