Are you a highly experienced Automotive Finance Manager looking for a new opportunity? We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team at Route 128 Honda Dealership located in Reading, MA.
As the Automotive Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the dealership's finance and insurance operations. This includes guiding customers through the finance and insurance process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards, and maximizing profitability for the dealership.
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record in automotive finance management, preferably within a high-volume dealership. You should have a thorough understanding of finance and insurance products, as well as experience with credit analysis and loan underwriting.
In addition to your extensive experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with customers, lenders, and the dealership's sales team. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple finance deals simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the finance and insurance process, explaining available options and securing appropriate loan approvals
- Work closely with lenders to secure competitive interest rates and terms for customers
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and guidelines
- Review and analyze credit applications, conducting thorough credit checks and underwriting loans
- Submit necessary documentation to lenders and finalize finance and insurance deals
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and achieve sales targets
- Provide ongoing training and support to the finance team
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager, preferably within a high volume dealership
- In-depth knowledge of finance and insurance products
-Interview and Menu presentation a must along with econtracting
- Strong understanding of credit analysis and loan underwriting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Proficient in finance and accounting software
