We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager, Global Trade to support the Global Trade-Global Strategic Alignment (GTGSA) team. This role is set to support innovative compliance solutions for our international businesses, globalization & industrialization, and business development teams. This opportunity provides exposure and visibility in the field of Global Trade operations and its strategic impact on global growth and success. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, developing relationships with internal customers and collaborating with multiple business functions for success. What You Will Do * Manage Global Trade project initiatives relating to international subsidiaries, globalization & industrialization, business development, and other core functions * Develop complex authorization strategies to support international marketing, sales, offshore procurement and manufacturing of defense and dual use articles that allow for the efficient export of technology, technical data, hardware, and services * Support the drafting of International Traffic in Arms (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulation (EAR) export authorizations. Authorizations include Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs), Manufacturing License Agreements (MLAs), DSP-5s, DSP-73s, DSP-85s, and use of Exemptions and Exceptions * Provide consistent interpretation under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR) * Manage day-to-day execution of agreements and licenses ensuring compliance for all activities under the agreements and licenses * Maintain applicable trade compliance records in accordance with regulatory requirements * Development and implementation of enterprise and business GT policies and procedures regarding the management of associated risk areas at international facilities * Contribute to learning and audit assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls * Support investigations, audits, and other compliance matters * Develop and deliver training as required for employees engaged in international business activities Qualifications You Must Have * Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience * The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required * U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance * Experience working in a regulated environment or industry supporting licenses, agreements, compliance, transactional activities, application of regulations ITAR, EAR, or similar auditing and compliance roles * Experience developing, interpreting and implementing compliance policies and procedures as well as interpreting Global Trade regulations * Experience with advising Global Trade impacts to international programs, subsidiaries, and/or transactional agreements Qualifications We Prefer * Strong experience in the application of regulations (ITAR, EAR, Customs) in high volume environments * Experience with Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) and Manufacturing Licensing Agreement (MLA) preparation/administration, to include use of SNAP-R, OCR, DECCS, and/or SAP/GTS systems * Familiarization with Jurisdiction Classification Assessments * Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet deadlines and achieve desired results * Excellent customer relation/interpersonal skills demonstrating ability to collaborate with multiple business functions and internal customers for success * Strong communicator with the ability to develop and deliver trainings * Possesses willingness to take on challenges and accept stretch assignments * Expresses sincere interest in field of Export Import operations and its strategic impact on global success * Experience with non-US trade regulation regimes * Advanced Degrees such as MBA, Juris Doctor What We Offer
