SERVICENOW PORTAL DEVELOPER WITH SECURITY CLEARANCE

Description The National Security Customer Group of SAIC is seeking an Information Systems Assessment and Authorization analyst to support an IT Service Management effort for USTRANSCOM located at Scott Air Force Base (AFB) in Illinois. The USTC Managed Information Technology Services (MITS) contract is provides strategic, technical, and program management guidance and support services to facilitate the operations and modernization of the combatant command's infrastructure, systems, and applications. This support will be provided to the USTC Command, Control, Communications & Cyber Systems Directorate (TCJ6). The ServiceNow Portal Developer will be central to how we design, ideate, cultivate, monetize, and scale new solutions that fundamentally transform the world of work. Responsible for solving complex user experience problems and articulate clear design requirements. Responsibilities: * Develop site map and high-level task flow content and then use storyboards and other design documents to communicate concepts and vision to others. * Develop UI layouts including controls, labels, and graphical elements for software on both mobile and desktop platforms with an eye towards experience unification. * Generally focused on the look, feel, operation, user experience and functionality of an application developed on the ServiceNow platform. * Build wireframes, designs, and mockups for new solutions. * Work closely with stakeholders to prototype new or build the UX/UI of existing ServiceNow applications. * Creating new concepts with wireframes, producing high-fidelity mockups, writing detailed documentation, and critically assessing designs. Qualifications It is required that the ServiceNow Portal Developer have the following qualifications: * BA/BS Ten (10) or more years of experience * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer * ServiceNow portal experience * User interface and use experience required * An active Secret Clearance * Must have at least one of these IAT Level II certifications: Security+, CECCNA-Security, CySA+ **, GICSP, GSEC, CND, SSCP * ITIL Foundations certification (v4 or higher), must earn within 60 days of offer acceptance Desired Qualifications * MA/MS * Application Developer Process Creator Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline.
