Apply now!What you’ll doWe are seeking to identify a Business Process Consultant for the Premium Hub CoE BW/Datasphere team, Ireland. The successful candidate will be required to lead and support service delivery teams. Qualified candidates should possess the required technical and communication skill competencies with committed professionalism, desire and passion in managing our top customers.Premium Hub CoE focuses on value delivery for SAP's top customers, helping them increase the value of their SAP solutions. Predominately we deliver Premium Engagement and Professional Services. The following is an outline of the main tasks & responsibilities involved in this role:Deliver Premium Engagement services as lead and team memberCollaborate with colleagues across CoE and PE FrontOffice to ensure project/customer successShare technical knowledge with other team membersFulfil De-Escalation and FTQM roles as neededSupport our BackOffice and virtual project roomsReview work completed by others and provide constructive feedbackExplain and position the PE service portfolio for A&DM and Safeguarding to FrontOffice & customersTravel onsite if necessaryWhat you bringStrong experience with HANA SQL/modelling and/or ABAPCDS Views is a mustProven track record and technical competency with all facets of SAP NetWeaver BW and BW/4HANAExperience of SAP DatasphereS/4HANA Embedded AnalyticsSAP HANA AdministrationSAP AMDPBW Upgrades/MigrationsEnthusiasm for Performance Optimisation and Root Cause AnalysisExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate effectively with executives and technical resources alikeExcellent written and presentation skillsDesire for continuous learningPassion for educating others and sharing knowledgeExperience working onsite directly with customers & partnersMeet your TeamWe focus on value delivery for SAP's top customers, helping them increase the value of their SAP solutions and master their digital transformation.
