Full Time Propane/Fuel Delivery Driver for LeMars, IA area. Must have a CDL with Tanker and Hazmat preferred.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older 
  • Current DOT physical examination card 
  • Class A or B Commercial Driver's License which includes your current residential address 
  • All required federal endorsements for transportation of the intended cargo, including Hazmat 
  • Proper documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the United States 
  • Knowledge of shipping and receiving 
  • Ability to lift and / or move items up to 60 pounds 
  • Pass a criminal background, Motor Vehicle Records, and DOT required employment reference checks

Responsibilities:

  • Transporting and delivering the products of Sapp Bros., Inc. in a professional, safe, efficient, timely and legal manner
  • Completing all necessary paperwork and maintain records required under State and Federal Laws and Regulations
  • Ensuring that all operations are in compliance with State and Federal Laws and Regulations, as well as, the policies of Sapp Bros., Inc.
  • Securing all case products, propane bottles, hoses and other essential tools required by the job, by using any company approved securing method; which will include, but is not limited to, the use of wrapped pallets, straps, tie downs, etc.
  • Representing Sapp Bros., Inc. to our customers, the public and the Trucking Industry in a professional manner and deliver 5 star service at all times
  • Maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety procedures related to the role
  • Other duties as assigned
