Job Description: As a smoothie and spirits specialist, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our guests. You'll be responsible for providing friendly and efficient service while serving a variety of food and beverage offerings, including alcoholic beverages, smoothies, acai bowls, and other snacks. Your primary duties will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and providing them with information about our menu offerings and the surrounding area.
• Taking orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Preparing and serving beverages and snacks in accordance with company standards.
• Operating cash registers and handling cash transactions.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the lodge area, including indoor and outdoor seating areas, workspaces, and service counters.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including food handling procedures and alcohol service guidelines.
• Assisting with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage of food and beverage items.
• Collaborating with team members to deliver exceptional service and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food and beverage service preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 19 years old and have a valid alcohol server permit (if applicable).
