Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serves as Test Planner for the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project designed to develop, test and evaluate operating instructions describing the business rules and data architecture to develop a Digital Theater Logistics Plan
* Serves as the lead Test Planner responsible to the DTLP Contract Project Manager and government Test Director for the daily operations of the DTLP ART contract team
* Works with the DTLP Contract Project Manager, Government Test Director, contract team and sponsoring organizations to develop a test project plan, detailed test plans, conducts risk reduction test events in preparation for the field tests, coordinates data collection requirements with various exercise event coordinators, attends exercise planning conferences, and leads and conducts test event training for data collectors
* Ensures the test events are conducted in accordance with (IAW) the Project Master Plan, Detailed Test Plan, and the Joint Test & Evaluation Handbook
* Assists the Project Manager and contract team in providing input to the project’s work breakdown structure (WBS), weekly team meetings, weekly and monthly reports and the development and delivery of various contract deliverable items IAW the DTLP contract which includes but is not limited to the Project Plan, Detailed Test Plan, and conduct of the Joint Warfighter Advisory Group, TTP/CONOPS writing groups, test venue coordination and conduct of various field tests events
* Serves as a member of the DTLP contract team composed of Digital Theater Logistics Plan Project Manager, Subject Matter Analysts, TTP/CONOPS developers, Test Planners, and an Operations Research Systems Analyst located at Camp H.M. Smith and the Air Force JT&E Office (AFJO), Nellis Air Force Base, NV. Members of the team shall include experience in Logistics Planning in Joint Planning Process, Combatant Command (CCMD) /Service HQ experience in mobility/redeployment planning, IT, data architecture experience, and Infrastructure Analyst with a focus on DoD budgetary processes Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8 years’ experience in Test Planner, Exercise Planning and leading small technical test and evaluation type project teams
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Active TS/SCI clearance DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous JT&E project management experience within last five years
* Experience with CCMD Exercise Planning, preferably USINDOPACOM.
