Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Serves as the TTP/CONOPS Test Product Developer for the Digital Theater Logistics Plan (DTLP) Agile Reaction Test (ART) project designed to develop, test and evaluate operating instructions describing the business rules and data architecture to develop a Digital Theater Logistics Plan
* Works with the DTLP Contract Project Manager, Government Test Director, contract team and sponsoring organizations to develop and test various test articles in the form of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), Concept of Operations (CONOPS), Operator Check Lists, and other products, such as input for on-going or future DOTmLPF Change Recommendations (DRC) and other Joint Capability Integration Development System (JCIDS) documents
* Provides input to the DTLP project plan, detailed test plans, risk reduction test events in preparation for the field tests, data collection requirements with various exercise event coordinators, attends exercise planning conferences, and leads and conducts Test Product Writing Groups and Test Product Training with test event or exercise participants
* Ensures the test product writing groups and test product training events are conducted in accordance with (IAW) the Project Master Plan, Detailed Test Plan, and the and Joint Test & Evaluation Handbook
* Responsible for assisting the contract team in developing and executing the project’s work breakdown structure (WBS), conducting weekly team meetings, providing input to weekly team meetings, weekly and monthly reports the development and delivery of various contract deliverable items IAW the DTLP contract which includes but is not limited to the Project Plan, Detailed Test Plan, and conduct of the Joint Warfighter Advisory Group, TTP/CONOPS writing groups, test venue coordination and conduct of various field tests events
* Serves as a member of the DTLP contract team composed of Digital Theater Logistics Plan Project Manager, Subject Matter Analysts, TTP/CONOPS developers, Test Planners, and an Operations Research Systems Analyst located at Camp H.M. Smith and the Air Force JT&E Office (AFJO), Nellis Air Force Base, NV. Members of the team shall include experience in Logistics Planning in Joint Planning Process, Combatant Command (CCMD) /Service HQ experience in mobility/redeployment planning, IT, data architecture experience, and Infrastructure Analyst with a focus on DoD budgetary processes Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-8 years’ experience in TTP/CONOPS/SOP type development and serving on small technical project teams
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Active TS/SCI clearance DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
* Previous JT&E project experience within last five years
* Experience serving on Service, Component and CCMD staff, preferably USINDOPACOM.
* Experience with development of JCIDS products.
* Previous experience in one or more of the following areas: Logistics planning in the Joint Planning Process, CCMD/Service HQ experience in mobility-redeployment planning, IT data architecture experience, Infrastructure Analyst with focus on DoD budgetary processesSRC IS A CONTRACTOR FOR THE U.S. GOVERNMENT.
