ABOUT THE ROLE

A Leading Senior Living community in your area is now recruiting for a Full- Time on site Facilities Director.

The Facilities Manager leads overall maintenance for the building and grounds and plays a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance and life safety standards are consistently met. You’ll partner closely with on-site leadership and have support from our Corporate and Regional teams. We’re seeking someone with maintenance experience in senior living or hospitality who’s motivated to grow with a strong organization.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Oversee preventative maintenance and day-to-day upkeep; ensure housekeeping standards are consistently met.

  • Maintain life safety compliance for assisted living/memory care and keep required documentation current.

  • Manage the electronic work order system; complete repairs or assign work as needed.

  • Coordinate vendors, services, and maintenance supplies.

  • Conduct unit inspections and manage the make-ready/turn process.

  • Respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies/on-call needs.

  • Supervise maintenance support staff and housekeeping; hire, train, coach, delegate, and manage performance.

  • Partner with community leadership and regional/corporate teams to align priorities and goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma/equivalent.

  • Clear written and verbal English communication.

  • 3+ years Facilities management experience preferred, in senior living, hospitality or multifamily arena

  • Proficient with MS Office and electronic work order systems and ability to read blueprints.

  • Ability to work weekends/on call in a 24/7 operation.

  • Reliable attendance required.
