One of our telecom client, is seeking assistance with migrating their healthcare clients from Genesys to Avaya.

Current Genesys set up of the client has

• API calls, not very complex, that conducts authentication on patient eligibility for services. Authentication is self-serve and is done by callers in India conducting the authentication for US patients.
• Physician can identify, enters SS, sends to API, pulls back info, purges info, plays back eligibility, checks and can provide this service
• No agents but there is a transfer to an agent group, IVR
• Natural Language
• Currently using LumenVox
• 9 menu options for each
• Avaya OD Natural Language application
• Exiting Genesys design document existing that needs to be converted to Avaya
