As the Program Analyst, you will collaborate with production and quality specialists from the Serco team and SUPSHIP to track, analyze, and report findings from QA callouts and checkpoints of a major shipbuilding construction contract. As a partner with the US Navy in acquisition of the Navy's Arleigh Burke Class Destroyer, Serco provides program management support, data management, production, technical, combat systems, test, configuration services, and overall project support. You will be part of a large contingent of Serco and Navy personnel supporting the Program Office team responsible for building & delivering multiple ships to the fleet. You will collaborate with some of the most experienced shipbuilders around in the country and have opportunities to gain knowledge and insight into the Navy's shipbuilding and quality processes. In this role you will: * Provide daily support to the SSGC C300 team responsible for quality assurance. * Electronically receive emails daily from Shipbuilder QA to retrieve Navy Callouts and Test Calls to be entered into Navy Call Log for QA inspections with continuous updates. * Maintain Navy QA Call Log (Spreadsheet) adding information as received daily. * Electronically receive weekly updated Compartment Schedules from Shipbuilder Admin for each DDG Hull with CCI and other updates. * Use Compartment Schedules received from Shipbuilder, prepare updated CCI Reports for weekly distribution. * Complete electronic distribution of CCI updated weekly reports. * Conduct daily TSM Database queries to retrieve open CARS (Corrective Action Reports) and Trial Cards written against Final Compartments for Navy QA to review before all Final inspections. * Continuously complete government and company mandatory training to keep credentials ACTIVE. * Create a DDG Monthly Callouts and Test Calls Totals list for each DDG Hull to be incorporated in Monthly metrics - sent out electronically. * Maintain physical files/paperwork (TIRs and 2247s) for each DDG Hull after each Navy QA inspection. * Verify TIRs and 2247s are documented in TSM Observations, then shred documents. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: * Ability to obtain and maintain an Active DOD Secret Clearance * US Citizenship * High School Diploma/GED * 4 years of experience (Experience in tracking and analyzing data highly preferred) * Experience collecting data, organizing, and creating presentations * Experience working in database programs and conducting queries to obtain specific data * Familiarity with shipyards and shipbuilding * Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint * Ability to create and organize data in excel sheets to be used to track trends, sort, and create graphs * Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments * Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to work with a variety of personnel with varying levels of experience. * Attention to detail, willingness to learn new processes and awareness of customer's daily needs. * Teamwork attitude and eager to take on new challenges.
