Job Summary

Drive revenue for franchises and headquarters by identifying and capturing Residential program leads in Salesforce. Based on decision-making, leads are identified and qualified into opportunities via Salesforce for the Account Manager to close.

Utilize a variety of sources including multi-data sources, trade shows, and referrals. Cultivate relationships with potential clients and communicate program highlights and benefits.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop assigned market by utilizing multi-data sources and update Salesforce (CRM) accordingly.
  • Daily Salesforce utilization.
  • Drive revenue by producing leads that lead to client programs.
  • Client interaction and decision making on issue resolution.
  • Provide solutions to franchises to help resolve issues such as payment resolution; client requirements; etc.
  • Communicate to franchises the most up-to-date client requirements by maintaining Servpronet client pages, bulletins and hot topics.
  • Support Program Bulletin Development and Implementation.
  • Support the Account Managers in the achievement of the National Accounts objectives by preparing necessary daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reports utilizing various systems, assisting with trip preparation, scheduling and hosting webinars, and the preparation/implementation of client contracts and bulletins.
  • Support other Coordinator team members as necessary.
  • Provide presentations to clients as requested by Inside Sales Manager.
  • Possible participation in association trade shows.
  • Back Up Call Center Agent – Qualify and Dispatch Claims.
  • Provide event/Trade show support and planning.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
  • Cross-Train on Commercial side to assist as/when needed

Required Qualification (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Inside sales/business development and/or customer service experience.
  • Knowledge of SalesForce (CRM) software a plus.

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required and one plus years’ experience in related field.
  • Associate Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field preferred.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced, high pressure office environment.
  • Standard working hours, based on a 40 hour work week.
  • Additional working hours required as needed to complete testing assignments and projects on schedule.
  • Minimal travel as required for business needs.
