Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Leominster & surrounding areas
Schedule: Flexible Hours | Based on Availability
Wage: $19/hour + Mileage Reimbursement

Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home support with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and personal care
- Support light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
- Run errands or assist with grocery shopping as needed
- Monitor health conditions and document services provided
- Build positive, trusting relationships with the individuals you serve
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive home environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; must be at least 18 years old
- HHA or CNA certification
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Comfortable using mobile devices for documentation
- Must pass a background check prior to hire
- Compassionate, reliable, and strong communication skills
