What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead and coach a team of direct support professionals in a structured Day Program setting
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day operations
• Ensure high-quality care and compliance with program standards
• Provide hands-on support when needed, including personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation
• Encourage independence by supporting community outings, vocational activities, and skill-building opportunities
• Create a positive, accountable team environment where both staff and participants can thrive

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED (or 5 years of caregiving experience in place of education)
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license, current vehicle registration, and insurance
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A steady, compassionate leadership style and the ability to lead by example
