*Essential Qualifications:*
_Required:_
* High school diploma.
* Current valid LPN/RN license in the state employed.
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
* Physical ability to perform job-related duties.
_Preferred:_
* Experience in Infection Control, Memory Care, and COVID care.
*Job Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Maintain punctuality and regular attendance for assigned shifts.
* Deliver the highest quality of nursing care to patients with varying medical needs.
* Diagnose and establish patient treatment plans.
* Monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
* Collaborate with physicians or specialists regarding patient care.
* Ensure accurate and thorough patient medical records.
* Participate in medication management and emergency measures as necessary.
* Provide emotional support and advice to patients and their families.
*Schedule:*
* 12-Hour Shifts
* 8-Hour Shifts
* PRN Shifts
* Full-Time and Part-Time Positions.
