Shopping Cart Maintenance & Repair Foreman

FULL-TIME

$19/hr

- Repair and maintain equipment, including straightening frames, inspecting and replacing wheels, and performing MIG welding (training provided).
- Move and turn carts of varying weights as needed.
- Supervise technicians and projects at each job site, ensuring service tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Travel three weeks per month in a company vehicle, with no weekend work required.

Qualifications

• Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded)
• Must pass background check
• Can lift 40 lbs
• Must be at least 21+ years old

Basic mechanical skills and an interest in hands-on work with tools. Previous experience in mechanics, repairs, and/or welding preferred but not required. At least 3 years of employment with a single employer in previous work history. 1-3 years of prior supervisory experience required. Ability to speak and read basic English and follow instructions. Ability to work independently or closely with another person. Physical stamina, including lifting up to 40 lbs., handling tools, crouching, and bending. Willingness to work in various weather conditions and travel to different cities. Valid standard driver's license required.
