SITEC is looking for Full-Time Recruiter/Talent Acquistion Lead to manage full-cycle recruitment for cleared technical positions. This position requires full understanding of technical recruiting for cleared positions in government contracting and expertise in multiple candidate sourcing. Primary Responsibilities · Work with key accounts to provide hiring solutions, identify new resources and ensure satisfaction on current and new opportunities. · Work with existing employees to be placed in new positions at contract end or for promotions. · Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison with assigned customers and maintain positive ongoing relationships. · Recruit new employees to achieve company hiring goals. · Work with company leadership to support you in growing your skill set from staff placement on contracts and recruiting perspective. · Provide full lifecycle recruiting in support of the federal government contracts including the sourcing, screening, onsite interviewing, selection of candidates, templating resumes, and submission of candidates to our customers. · Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of project needs. · Write job listings using detail from labor category descriptions and additional detail from prime and list jobs in the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Required Skills/Abilities · Must be highly motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team onsite at our Annapolis Junction, MD headquarters. · The recruiter is required to work 100% onsite at the office where they will conduct in person interviews with candidates and collaborate with the team on corporate initiatives. (This position is not a fit for anyone seeking remote or hybrid) · Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. · Thorough understanding of recruiting methods as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations · Knowledge of applicant tracking systems helpful. · Ability to prioritize workload. Education /Experience · Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience · Eight (8) years of proven success in recruiting and customer management · Experience recruiting for contracts supporting the Maryland & other IC Agencies · Technical Recruiting experience in Cyber, Software Developers, and System Engineers is highly desired or having personal experience in these areas. Desired Competencies · Security Clearance is helpful, not required. · Light Project Management experience is helpful.
