Sigmatech is in search of a highly motivated individual to develop, validate, and instruct Intelligence Operations course material at the 319th Combat Training Squadron, Peterson SFB CO in support of the USSF Officer Training Course (OTC). Specific duties: - Develop, qualify on, and deliver in-residence intelligence operations course materials consistent with the principles of Instructional Systems Design (ISD), and aligned to 319 CTS instructions, security classification guides, and other guidance as identified in lesson plans.
- Interface with internal and external intelligence agencies as required to update and maintain a state-of-the-art training program.
- Coordinate instructional activities with the Contract Task Lead and government personnel
Additional duties: as assigned.
- Work on-site – minimal telework authorized Required Skills: - Demonstrated knowledge with collection management, joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment (JIPOE), targeting fundamentals, and intelligence support to mission planning
- Possess expert knowledge of capabilities, limitations, and vulnerabilities of adversary space systems
- Possess expert knowledge and experience with integrating space intelligence information into theater and space operations
- Possess working knowledge of and experience with operational-level command and control constructs
- Possess intelligence-related experience with briefing, executing, and debriefing tactical space operations
- Skilled communicator, experienced in providing platform instruction to an academically diverse audience. - Completion of Air Force Instructor Course or similar joint instructor course preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
- Active or current Top-Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required Additional Skills - Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple priorities, accurately meet deadlines, deliver - quality results, present a professional demeanor and work well independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude, and the ability to adjust to changing requirements are essential.
- Working knowledge of instructional design skills (ADDIE) and adult learning theories in all phases of instructional design, and ability to apply it to work assignments is preferred.
