The Staff Development/RN is responsible for designing and delivering educational programs and training to enhance the clinical skills and knowledge of nursing staff. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and supports ongoing professional development within the healthcare team
The Staff Development Nurse must have a valid RN license in the state of Rhode Island
Infection Control Certification is preferred
