We are seeking a skilled Histotechnologist to join our laboratory team. The Histotechnologist will be responsible for processing tissue specimens and preparing slides for microscopic examination. This role requires a strong understanding of laboratory techniques and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform specimen collection processing, embedding, cutting, and staining of tissue samples
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
- Ensure accurate labeling and tracking of specimens
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Collaborate with pathologists and other laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate results
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace
