Loving babysitter needed for our baby - intermittently

Hello sitters! We want a reliable babysitter for our baby (currently 3.5 months) intermittently - usually nights for a few hours (Monday 5-8, Thursday 5-8) and some intermittent weekend nights, the occasional day if he is sick or if his day care is closed for inclemen weather. We 2 dogs, a standard poodle, and black lab mix.
