Nanny needed for two elementary children on weekday afternoons

We're looking for a dependable nanny to help with our two girls, ages 7 and 9. The position as two components: 1) Summer, which consists of picking the girls up after camp at 3pm and watching them until around 5pm M-F; and during August, full days from 8:30 - 4:30pm. And 2) School Year, which requires after-school pick-up and care (3pm - 5pm). The ideal candidate has a car to assist with transportation needs. Our girls are fun, caring, and kind.
