Before School Care 2-3 days a week Spanish Speaking

Looking for before school care for a kindergarten boy who is Spanish speaking (went to a Spanish immersion preschool). We want someone who can keep up his Spanish and help develop his Spanish and then get him on the bus when it comes. We would need care Wednesday and Thursday mornings but can also do Mondays if need more hours. Hours would be 6:30 or even 7 am (whichever works better) to 8:30 when the bus would get here.
