North Shoreview Family needs summer nanny for 4 kids

We’re looking for a kind, dependable summer nanny for our four kids (ages 4, 6, 10, and 12). This is a relaxed, mostly at-home summer focused on outdoor play, park trips, snacks, simple meals, and letting kids just be kids. Comfortable hosting neighborhood friends or walking to the park. Light help with tidying shared spaces, kids’ laundry, and keeping the day running smoothly. Mom works from home (basement). Must be comfortable with a large dog, cats, and a gentle parenting approach. Looking for someone who can do 8-9 hours M-TH, and then a shorter day on Friday.
