Position Overview: - Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19147 - Target Start: June 1, 2026 - Target End: December, 2026 (option to extend) - Ages: Newborn, 2 years - Pets: None - Parking: Street - Schedule: June Mon, Wed, Fri: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM and/or Tue, Thu: 3:00 PM–7:30 PM Starting July Wed, Fri: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM and/or Mon, Tue, Thu: 3:00 PM–7:30 PM Starting September Fri, Sat, Sun: 8:00 AM–12:30 PM and/or Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu: 3:00 PM–7:30 PM About the Family: This family is seeking a nanny/mother’s helper for a collaborative role supporting Mom with daily childcare and household routines. The position is based in a team-oriented home where care is shared throughout the day, with open communication, flexibility, and an active, engaged approach to the child’s day. The focus is on hands-on learning, early childhood development, and fun, play-based activities. Screen time is not part of the daily routine. Days are filled with reading, bubbles, chalk art, and lots of outdoor time; there’s a playground just blocks away and plenty of walkable neighborhood adventures nearby. The home is strictly nut-free due to an allergy, so careful attention to food safety is required. Responsibilities: - General supervision and engagement (primarily for toddler) - Light housekeeping - Child laundry - Family laundry - Running errands Compensation: - Pay: $23-$25/hr gross - Paid Holidays (if on a working day): 6 major federal holidays Qualifications: - At least 1 year of full-time nanny experience - Infant & toddler experience - Daycare experience - Comfortable with parents at home - Able to work alongside Mom to balance childcare and household support - Comfortable carrying baby up and down stairs - Spanish speaking- BONUS! - CPR and First Aid Certified - Vaccinations required: Cvid, Flu, MMR, Tdap Reference Job ID: HAG40
