In need of weekly household help: Childcare, laundry, homework

We have boys in 2nd grade and K, and a girl in Pre-K. We’re looking for someone household help on a weekly basis. Preferably Tuesdays, but the day of the week is flexible. Expectation is to arrive around 3pm before kids get home and fold and sort their laundry. Once kids get home around 4pm, assist parents with care, particularly homework supervision for the boys, and transition to meal or activities between 5 and 6pm. Schedules can get chaotic and may need refinement as we proceed. We welcome systems or approaches that might differ from what we’ve been doing. Clear communication will be key!
