Looking for a part-to-full-time babysitter for two children, ages 3 and 7.

We are seeking a reliable babysitter/nanny for our two kids. We need someone ideally to start this Friday, but Monday of next week works as well. We are very busy business owners so I am looking for someone who can watch them M/W/F from 9:00am-2:00pm with potential to extend or shorten that time/add days where needed. We also need evening coverage during events for each of our companies, so looking for someone who is flexible and has weekend/evening availability as well. Responsibilities include supervising playtime, preparing snacks/food/clean up, and assisting with homework.
