Reliable Afternoon Sitter Needed (2–3x/Week, Flexible for More)

Seeking a dependable afternoon sitter 2–3x/week (1:50pm–6pm), with potential for additional days if available. Mostly bus pickup and relaxed after-school time. Three awesome kids (and occasionally a fourth little one). One of my kiddos is neurospicy and does best with calm, confident energy and clear structure. Looking for someone punctual, consistent, and comfortable taking the lead. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys steady, predictable afternoon hours. Open to increasing days for the right person
