As a Retail Lead, you will assist the Supervisor and other Team Members in cleaning, stocking, and other day-to-day responsibilities, which assure efficient and appealing store function. This position is accountable for delivering a superior Guest experience, while enforcing all park policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Opening and closing stores
• Handling returns, voids, and Guest issues
• Maintaining a clean and safe sales area and work environment
• Operate Point of Sale (POS) registers
• Inventory control: maintain stock levels in stores, maintain displays, control damage and write-up transfers and damage
• Carry out or develop daily break schedule for Team Members in stand(s)
• Communicate effectively with other Team Members. Leads, and your Supervisor
• Enforcing all Six Flags policies
• Excellent Guest service and verbal communication skills
• Assisting in other areas of the Retail Department
Qualifications:
• Minimum Age: 15
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
• Good communication skills, reading, and writing skills
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
