RN: Provide and manage nursing care for residents. Complete the care planning process as directed. Supervises activities of staff under the RN's direction. Carry out administrative and resident care duties as directed by the DON or Supervisor.
Hourly wage $26.00 - $39.00 based on experience
LPN:Perform basic nursing cares and monitor the performance of nursing support personnel. Assist and consult with the RN in the collection of data, development of the plan of care, reinforcement of teaching the nursing support personnel.
Full and Part time positions are available on Am's, PM's, and NOC's(every other weekend is required for all shifts)

Requirements:
· Active RN/LPN license
· Good Standing on Wisconsin Registry
· Complete and pass background and drug screen
