**What You’ll Do:**

* **Process Management & Program Growth:**
* Execute and support critical manual program processes, including eligibility verification, invoice review and reconciliation, participant list management, and inquiry resolution.
* Play a key role in implementing and scaling processes for new program initiatives, contributing to their successful launch and expansion.
* **Customer Engagement & Support:**
* Conduct direct outreach to program participants through calls and emails for enrollment follow-ups, data verification, dispute resolution, and other program-related communications.
* **Operational Excellence & Innovation:**
* Actively identify opportunities to streamline and automate repetitive tasks, collaborating with technical and digital product teams on AI-driven enhancements.
* Work cross-functionally to identify and implement initiatives that improve overall operational efficiency.
* **Data Integrity & Collaboration:**
* Collaborate with program managers and external partners to refine data requirements and troubleshoot data inconsistencies, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Bachelor’s degree.
* 3-5 years of experience in an energy, tech, or consulting background.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python.
* Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI.
* Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and applying data cleaning techniques.
* Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, particularly with repetitive tasks.
* Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues to ensure accuracy and consistency.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Experience with PowerQuery and PowerAutomate for advanced data transformation and automation.
* Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
* Ability to interpret technical reports and apply findings to real-world scenarios.
* Comfortable adopting and learning new technologies rapidly.
* Experience working with electric vehicle charging data and conducting trend analysis.
* Familiarity with electric vehicle telematics, charger-level, and meter-level data.
* Knowledge of utility operations, managed charging programs, and demand response.
