Is a Chicago-based nonprofit that removes barriers to employment by eliminating biases that disqualify candidates unnecessarily. Working with local and global companies, Skills brings opportunities to neighborhoods and municipalities throughout the Chicagoland area.
To be eligible for Skills for Chicagoland’s Future’s services, candidates must reside in Chicagoland (Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Kendall, DuPage, or Will County in Illinois), and be either unemployed or underemployed, defined as working fewer than 32 hours per week or outside their field.

Job Highlights
- Monitors the performance assigned to field staff who provide and support patients with personal care to ensure quality service
- Proactively communicates schedules and changes with clients, field staff, referral sources, team leads, managers, and the branch manager
- Available via phone to assist or redirect calls as needed.
- Assist with personal activities such as dressing, grooming, meals, and accompanying to appointment as needed

$16.50 - $22.00 per hour
Candidate Profile
- Bilingual Skills in English and Spanish are required
- ?HS Diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and Access to reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally between 8am-5pm
- Excellent customer service skills
